I ordered an upgrade in January and it was approved and ordered. After several weeks of not getting my phone or any assistance I cancelled the upgrade with Mathilda Pieterse. She confirmed the cancellation.
I then received my monthly invoice and noted that I had been charged for the new handset that I never received and that had been cancelled before it even left the warehouse.

I again queried this with Mathilda and she confirmed that the amount would be reversed. I have now received the invoice for February and not only was the amount reversed, but I have again been invoiced for the handset again.

I spoke to Mathilda today who said it isnt her department, and that I need to speak to Customer Services. Customer Services says I have to speak to her. In the meantime you have taken R240 via Direct Debit from me and I cannot get it returned.

If my payment is late you would cut me off, but you have had my money for two months now and had the use of it, even though it was not due to you.

I have now cancelled all 5 of my contracts with Nashua Mobile and will cancel the final one when it expires.
In the meantime I would like my money returned.
