Cancelling contract a nightmare and call cente

I AM SICK OF VODACOM SERVICES. This started 2011 when i lodged a complaint and asked them to cancel all subscriptions that chow my airtym, which they did and last year same story though i had to fight first before they can do this, then yesterday my airtym was chowed again from these subscriptions someone called me to inform they will be removed which i believe it was not done because i got a sms from the very same subscription i called the call center spoke to a consultant who could not help then i requested for the team leader who i asked eazy it was done after my time and energy was waisted, while we at it i got my upgrade 2 days ago and bear in mind im still annoyed from the kind of service you get at vodacom rude consultants, i called the cancellation of contracts dep they never answer from yesterday because i found out yesterday i wont be able to afford because of claims being backedated and was taken to ITC which ofcourse i wont afford R599 a month, was told they doubt it will be cancelled so what they are saying is i must take on more debts and how do they think i will pay this as we speak am still holding more than 15 mins still holding 4 cancellation APPAULING!!!
