Vodacom iPhone dropped calls

I have a brand new iPhone 5 and my wife has a iphone 4s (on contract from you). Both phones have the latest software yet almost every call we make gets dropped. We can't have a decent conversation with anyone over the phone and continually need to call back!! It takes on average 5 calls to complete a conversation. This issue is not specific to any area but absolutely everywhere we go. I am sick and tired of this. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for more than 10 years and pay a lot of money every month for nothing! Get your act together!
