Cell C
Cannot pay account using Cell No as reference

This is a resubmission of my complaint. It is still not resolved. I still cannot pay my account.

My wife's Cell C number is 061... (yes, it's a 061 number). It's a new contract taken out on 5 April
I'm using this number as my reference number to pay via FNB online banking.

The message I get back is that the reference number is invalid.

I called Cell C. Referred me to FNB. FNB says its Cell C's problem.
I wrote to Cell C about a week ago (via their website). No response.

I need to make payment. CELL C, PLEASE ASSIST
