Failing to cancel services

My husband have a contract with Altech Auto Page. His cell was lost so he is not using the cell phone until the contract expires. I have called and send e-mail to Altech Auto Page instructing them to cancel the services like Sim Insurance, Itemised Bill, Look4help, Look4me, my music and all that. Up to today, he is being charged for all the things that he does not use inspite of several request to cancel them. It is just a total rip off, the last time they send confirmation that it has been cancelled but funny end of February he was charged them those services again
