Charged for a Subscription I did not request

Couple weeks ago I got called from Autopage callcenter informing me of a VALUE ADDED SERVICES being My Music; Lifestyle Package and Phone Box. The person told me that it is free and I will not be charged for it, I told him specifically that I do not want it if I have to pay for it as I have a budget and I do not use these services. I did not even register it or comply with any of the sms's involving those services yet.

However I received my September Bill and I see I got charged R228.78 EXTRA on my BILL. Now my budget for my Phone Bill for this specific Number is Maximum between R400 to R500 I never ever go higher and I am not forced to pay for it via Debit Order because it cannot be adjusted. But it will be credited on my next invoice, This is not on, and you guys should inform CUSTOMERS before you SUBSCRIBE THEM on to something that was supposed to be free and I was told it was free, And I would not have to pay for it. But now I get billed I am completely unhappy with this, and Once the contract expires I am and will cancel it with AUTOPAGE.
Now I have t wait till Thursday for them to do Something as they cannot access the INVOICE at Customer Services.
