Continual debit orders after contract cancellation

I am extremely upset with services recently rendered by Cell C. I canceled my cellphone contract in June this year at the Menlyn Cell C branch. I was told to contact the call centre in 48 hours to confirm that my contract was indeed canceled. After 48 hours I proceeded to call the contact centre which confirmed that my contract had been cancelled.

I have since been billed every month since June for a data contract which no longer exists. This has lead to extra bank charges and costs which I am extremely upset by. I have made multiple inquiries at Cell C store Brooklyn, which have assured me that I will get feedback within a week's time. It has now been 2 weeks since I have logged this query. The sales people in the store keep telling me that head office is looking for the hard copy of the cancellation that I signed within the store. Surely there must be a quicker way?? I was also told that the calls to the call centre was pre-recorded, somehow there must be record of my call to the operator confirming the cancellation of the contract?

I would like cell c to reimburse me the for the debit order that has been going off for the last six months.
