I have a data card for my iPad from Cell C. I received an account last month for 5 times the normal amount. I called on Thursday 27th June and spoke to Adheesh who gave me a reference number and promised to get back to me within an hour. Apparently the system had some error and was billing me incorrectly. On Monday 1st July I called again and spoke to Sizwe who then gave me another reference number and promised that someone will call me within 24 hours. Today on the 2nd July I called and was then told that it takes 48 hours and I will have to wait till tomorrow. When I mentioned that I logged a call already on Thursday, his response was that it was logged at the wrong department. No answer and the debit order has gone off my account.
