I am quite sure that I am not the only person whom you are mishandling on a monthly basis, however I am now fed-up by what seems to be a lacks proper IT policies & processes at MTN. I have a signed contract with you & I have always kept my side of the deal, which is to always ensuring that there are funds available in my bank account to pay for my MTN account. MTN had no issue with the debit order date when the contract was initiate almost two years ago. But I now find that I have debit orders going off 1 week after the agreed date (5 working days later), inconveniencing me. This is by no means the first time & im sure it will not be the last. Both my wife & I are due for upgrades in the coming 1-3 months & we will definitely be looking at other service providers with hopefully better services & processes. The final issue is the monthly statement which we get... or atleast don't get. I can understand if my statement is out of my post box (considering you have still not corrected my name & surname on it) but how do you not send my wife her monthly statement when she requested for it to be emailed to her? Are email too expensive to send? Or is this your S.O.P with all clients?
