I think sice last April 2012 I do not recieve a account from Vodacom. I have been speaking to almost everybody at the call centre to try and fix this. Every month it starts from scratch again, the whole long list of questions to verify who I am. At the end of the month I still do not recieve a account. I big company like Vodacom should beable to sent me a account every month. If they do not sent me a account, I can not claim from my company. What can I do to have this sorted out. If needs be I would like to cancel the contract. They do not battle to get my payment, why should I battle?
