Poor communication and they do not pick up calls

I went to the the MTN shop at the Waterfront for an upgrade on the 31 st December 2012, since then I had frequented the shop four times, had to change my upgrade because the previous on ewas not capture, they quoted the wrong amount and had to call me to tell me that the premium will be going up by R30 as the previous consulted made a mistake. It has been 14 days and still I have not received my Samsung Tablet. Is this the kind of shoddy customer service that you give loyal customers???
