Didn't receive my monthly bill

I claim the money back of my Vodacom account from my company. For this I need the account or the request is rejected. My son's account for his Vodacom phone also comes to my house. This month neither his nor mine arrived. I need to pay it today and could not claim it yet as I have not received it. I need it urgently why was it not sent out this month. I receive all other mail so don't tell me that it is a problem at the Post Office
