Nokia data stick desktop software nightmare

Cell C recently dropped support for the Nokia data stick desktop software. I was not adequately warned and had to hassle a friend to get the new software. After a rather complicated installation, the new loader is pathetic. I can't see my balance or up-load data without either: going in-store, waiting for a consultant over the phone or putting the SIM in my phone.

Furthermore, I have had problems loading web-pages ever since I installed the new loaded. Cell C support has been shocking and every consultant has a different story.

I have completely changed my mind about Cell C. Cheaper prices are not worth it!
