Damaged Goods and Poor Service

I purchased a 3G Data Stick from Cell C, Game City on 23 June 2013 and it has never worked properly from get go - it cuts off after 5 minutes or so of use. It has been "repaired" and exchanged 3 times. The last time being on 3.12.13 at the Pavilion - tracking no R738759. I was promised a loan data stick by the manager of the shop who gave me Sivi 084 777 4009 as the person who would supply this as the shop didn't have one to give me. Sivi didn't phone so I called him on Monday and to date has not had the courtesy to return my call regarding the loan data stick which he said he would do. CELL C ARE THE BIGGEST LIARS WHO DON'T GIVE A ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. For 4 months I haven't been able to use what I am paying monthly for.
