Paying for Something I dont even know I have!!!

I have just realised by means of my bank statement that I have been paying for Internet / Email for the past 6 months to the value of R 516 that I did not even know I had. Was told by Mweb people last year on 28th of May 2012 that after 1 years free internet (3GB) that it would automatically cancel, however it has not! I have been experiencing financial difficulties and an additional R 516 down the tubes I can ill afford! I have lost out financially as well as by not having used in excess of 15GB's of internet that I have paid for and did not even know about! My last session was in August 2012 - further proving that I didnt know about it otherwise I would have used it! I was never once informed that I needed to send a cancellation form or letter thru to cancel the contract. And of course the mweb people say they know nothing about anyone having told me that the contract would cancel automatically. I want to know what steps Mweb are going to take to reimburse me! The least they can do is give me the 15GBS of internet I have now lost and actually paid for!!! So disgusted that companies can rip the individual off like this!!!
