I called in about my airtime that just disappeared, i spoke to the agent who was so impatient and kept on interrupting me while i was talking as a result she missed the purpose of my call. I tried once again to explain to her why i called and she just spoke whole i was busy talking and after that she asked if there's anything else, when i said yes she thanked me for the call and dropped the phone without helping me. I have once worked for Vodacom and i know that such behaviour and rudeness was not accepted in my time, worse of all she felt no shame in doing so and not having as much knowledge as possible.
