Customer service is pathetic!!!

Spoke to an agent called Thabo who was extremely ARROGANT and RUDE! dropped call on me... I called in regarding my BIS as I loaded this airtime yesterday and my BIS worked up until last night. When I called back and spoke to someone else, she couldn't exactly see where the problem is, as it shows purchases and airtime was transferred, which is incorrect. I just think that MTN is a USELESS network and should be banned as they are ripping of their customers, giving them mahalah airtime when recharging and then when u check your airtime again the whole lot has disappeared... I will definitely change my network now after being with MTN for more than 10 years.
