I had misplaced my phone and reported it to Vodacom on Saturday 08/06/2013. I then recovered it and called to have it unblacklisted on Sunday 09/06/2013. I was sent forms to fill in and return with supporting documents. All of which I did on tuesday 11/06/2013. The call centre agent advised me it would take 24 to 48 hours for the query to be resolved. On Tuesday 12/06/2013 at 19:52 I called 111. The agent I spoke to was Baxolile. I wish i had his surname so I could acurately name and shame. What a disaster! He was extreemly rood, impatient and incomciderate. He kept arguing with me despite the fact that I was merely relating to him what other call centre agents had told me. I wish the quality assurance team picks that call to evaluate him on. He is a disgrace to vodacom. After having had enough of him I asked for a superviser. HE PUT ME TROUGH A VOICE PROMPT FOR PUK NUMBERS IN AFRIKAANS!!! After a wile the call was disconnected. Is this the kind of service Vodacom allows? Your employees are treating us as illiterate fools who will do nothing but call again hoping to find a different agent. It is 13/06/2013 and my phone is still blacklisted! I will leaving vodacom at contract end!
