Impatient and very rude with Bad Attitude

I called Telkom call centre on Monday at about 9:30 from my landline number to cancel my phone. An agent who called herself Gloria took my call. I informed her about my reason for the call. She then asked me why I want to terminate the service, which I was impressed with thinking the company do this to try and improve their service which can only help them retain their clients. I started relating my story as short as I possibly could but she was very quick to interrupt me and told me what she was reading from the screen. I asked her to give me chance to explain, she listened for a short while but then kept on interrupting me. After relating the whole story she then asked me exactly what I have been trying to explain to her. I said to her that its very clear she wasn't listening to me. She got irritated and dropped the phone down on me while i was still talking. Her main concern was to send her message across yet i am the one who called. At no stage was I rude or raised my voice to her to justify her action.
That being the case she shouldn't have bothered asking me the reason for termination of service in the first place but just went ahead with my request.
