Contract approval

I applied for a new contract on the 27th of February. I am still waiting for it to be approved and to receive my goods so i can carry on. As a new customer I would think that this would happen faster.
I am now considering of cancelling my contract (that hasnt even started) as no one can tell me what is going on or when i can expect it to be approved or dealt with.
This is not a pleasant way to start doing business.
