I had my spare cell phone from my home in a break-in 3 weeks ago, I have been pushed from pillar to post between MTN and Cell C with no joy. To my surprise I noticed a new user using my phone they were on BBM. I called the call centre this morning and chatted to a lady who informed me that my request to blacklist the phone could not take place because I had not gone into a walk in centre and filled a form in and supplied it. This was never requested when the call was logged ref:3100104106.
In anger I requested the Team leader or manager, I was transfered to another agent which made me even more furious as I requested someone of authority. As a family of 4 we all use Cell C and I was so angrey I was ready to replace all 4 sim cards, the agent explained that team leaders were all in a meeting which made me even more angry and I mentioned Hello Peter. The agent refused to let me go explained that he would assist me and managed to calm me down. Sipho Sebethe had sent me an sms with proof of ITC blacklist and completed the process quickly and effectively. Thank you Sipho for restoring my faith in Cell C, your level of proffesionalism is awesome
