I am just about fed up with Cell C customer service. I was contacted by a Cell C sales person and offered a new deal: A Samsung P5200 Tab 3 on Smartdatapostpaid 1GB 24 Months at R349 pm X 24.

I accepted the offer but informed them that I am going on holiday. They were instructed to deliver the package before the 11th of November or wait till I come back. They ignored my instructions and try and deliver this package 3 times at my home while I was away. I then contacted Cell C again and told them that I will be back on the 25th of Nov at work and they must deliver the package then. They said they would. Subsequently this order was cancelled and I was then again contacted by Kabelo on the 26th of Nov who did a new order and told me that this package will be delivered to me within 7 days. When I checked today on my Tracking order no. SPI004514087 I saw that the order has been cancelled YET AGAIN!! I phoned Cell C and was told that Kabelo has to do a new Credit score. Nobody came back to me and told me that this order was cancelled.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I got from Cell C and will when my old contract ends not renew it or deal with Cell C ever again!!!
