Cancelled order being delivered

On the 12th April i ordered LG Optimus L9 and on the 26th April i did a follow up regarding the order and few days i decided to change order as it took more than 10 Days as they promised. I ordered Apple iPhone 4S and cancelled the order of LG L9 as it was taking so long. On the 6th May the order for iPhone 4s was delivered and on the 8th May they came to deliver cancelled order of LG L9. I am not happy with what happened as i did call Cell C 084 145 to change my order in April but they did so who's going to pay for cancelled order LG L9 as i called consultants several times to make sure they deliver the right order? Please advise as i was even called by RAM couries (087) 310 4382 and they told me they only receive cancelled order yesterday, please advise why this is happening while i cancelled it? who's going to pay for this??
