Black Listing

I had a break in at my house. Two (2) spare handsets were. When I phoned MTN to blacklist them for me they came with the excuse that they can not black list the handsets because it shows an error on their system. They will come back to me and up until now nobody came back to me. Therefor I have forfit my insurance to pay out any money to me.
