Illegal Black Listing

Plus minus 3 - 4 years ago I applied for a cellphone contract with Bayport. When I received the handsets I realised that I do not need an extra contract & then sent it back within the 7 day period that THEY said I can return it. Now after all these years they decide to black list me for something I don't even owe them. They are unprofessional & people into paying them even it the DO NOT owe them anything. This needs to be sorted out emmediately!!! I can not do anything because of this company that has elegaly put me on ITC.
