Wrong phone sent!

On the 05/01/2014 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus and I asked the consultant specifically for a white unit to be sent. It did not take 3 - 7 working days to be delivered, it took 2 and a half weeks! This caused to be very inconvenient as the phone was meant to be delivered while I was still on holiday and at home. Because delivery took so long I eventually had to return to work which meant that my delivery address would also have changed. I advised the customer care department of my change of address but no one bothered to note it on your system. So I eventually get my phone on the 22/01/2014 and guess what - they delivered a black handset!! This is not what I ordered or wanted and I see no reason to pay for something that I dont want!! Today 23/01/2014 I phoned the sales call centre and Vusi advised that the warehouse does indeed have stock of the white handsets but only about 50. So now they have to send the courier to me to fetch the black handsets, send it in for inspection and then only can they attempt to resend the white handset that I originally asked for! (Thats if by that time they still have stock of the white handsets left - which seems unlikly) So very unhappy!!
