Utter useless service

This is just for future reference to those of you thinking of going to the MTN outlet in Hyde Park Corner. I did some research on internet prices and decided to go for MTN's uncapped option. This was the biggest mistake! No one in that branch knows how to answer the phone seeing that I've tried to contact them numerous of times and there is absolutely no answer just the ringing phone. Finding stock at any of the other branches was also not in the cards and no one can provide you with an answer as to when there will be stock available. I am so done with this ridiculously low level of service that I am planning on instructing them to cancel my application and make due with anybody other than this disappointing reception!
