Bad Service!!!

Ordered a new phone and was promised it was gona be delivered in 7 days. 7 days lapsed and the was no communication. called Cell C and found out that they had no stock. Y in the first place take orders if you don't have stock, or better yet... advise your customers at the time of purchase that you don't have stock and they will have to wait. I'm so angry and frustrated cause the worst part of it all they are not sure when the product will be available. So how long will i have to wait... a week, month or year perhaps. Why should i be the one doing a follow up when they are the ones providing the service!!! i cant keep on phoning them and enquiring about the order when they are the service providers, its quite annoying. If they cannot give me what i want they must just cancel my contract and i will subscribe with another provider. very very very angry
