About 3 months ago I went to the Bluff branch to get 2 future cards for my kids. After spending over 1 hour in the queue I was told by the "Agent" that they did not have stock. She took my contact details and promised to cell me when the stock arrived. On 23 December I went back to the bank to collect the cards assuming that it could not take longer than 3 months. I was again informed by an Agent that there was no stock. I requested to speak to the branch manager who informed me that there was no stock and cards were on backorder. I queried why I was nit contacted in 3 months and he informed me that there was no note on my account. I requested that he get try the other branches for stock as I needed the cards urgently. He informed me that cards could not be transferred between branches. I informed him that I would collect and that he check which branch had stock. He left me with the agent and after sitting for another 15 minutes I requested that she inform the manager to contact me when he found cards. Needless to say I have not heard from him and I am still without cards.
