No service, no answering the phone

I have been looking for the Discworld Game, it's on the website for R637. I emailed Nicolway who said they were out of stock and suggested other branches (without bothering to check their system). I called Cresta branch and the lady (Katie) was able to check stock of other stores and suggested Hyde Park. She said to expect a price around R650. I called them repeatedly with no answer. I went there and finally found the game in the wrong section for R1062. I went to the desk to query to find 4 people on duty, only one working, the phone ringing endlessly, and nobody would help me.

a) I didn't need to make the trip
b) how is it almost double the price instore as it is online?
c) why HAVE a phone if you don't answer it
d) why is the management so bad that all the people working there were sitting doing nothing and ignoring a queue of customers?

I went there willing to spend a substantial amount of money, right now I'm willing to never get another thing from exclusive books ever, and to make sure none of my friends do either.
