Shocking display of customer service by Vodacom

Without too much detail, here's the lowdown:
1. Usually, I get good response and service from Vodacom using Twitter - @Vodacom111
2. Since about a month ago, I've repeatedly reported poor reception and overall network service to them. I am not the only one - many people in our area have been complaining for the better part of 6 months.
3. I've received 3-4 responses saying "the technician will contact me".
4. No further contact has been made as of yet.
5. Network service is still shocking - dropped calls, failed calls, no data rates, broken links on internet, etc.
6. Today, for the first time in MONTHS, I phoned the Customer Help line (08211). Twice I was made to hold for an operator, only to be told by a computer-generated voice that I have exceeded my access limit to the Call Centre and should phone back on the 2nd of the next month. These are the FIRST CALLS I've made in months to this line!

I am fed up. I have just renewed 3 contracts with Vodacom prior to this incident. Please can someone from Vodacom contact me with options on how to improve this experience or tell me how I can close my accounts.
