My landline was faulty on Saturday 2 March 2013 and once again since Monday 4 March 2013.
I logged a fault and received a confirmation email. Ref nr 1111CRZ040313.
The reason ones provides a cell number in the request is surely that one must be contacted before the technician just arrives at home?
I have given clear instructions to my domestic not to open for anyone. At this day and time its far too dangerous.
This is not the first time we have had the same problem that the technician just rocks up at his own time and convenience.
Please get this right!
