I was Unnecessarily charged R202.25 (excl VAT) for an "Unnecessary Call-out Fee" on invoice dated 25 March 2013.

The reason for the fault was because the Telkom technician connected the line to the incorrect power surge in the previous time that the technician came out (dated: 19 Feb 2013). Thus, the issue was caused by the telkom technician and not me!
The faulty power surge was subsequently returned to a telkom store and exchanged as it was still under guarantee.

Telkom refuses to refund me (after several attempts) for the Unnecessary Call-out Fee even though the issue was caused by the telkom technician.

On my latest invoice dated 28 April 2013, I was charged AGAIN an Unnecessary Call-out Fee. This time no technician ever came out to my house! Telkom, this is paramount to!
