AN AMOUNT 4 TIMES MY CONTRACTED AMOUNT IS DEBITED AGAINST MY ACCOUNT ON THE 1ST MARCH 2013 - I PICK IT UP - CALL THE CALL CENTRE AKA CUSTOMER CARE - AND LOG A QUERY - AND 'ADVISE' THE CONSULTANT THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED BUT NOT TO WORRY AS IT HAS ALREADY BEEN CREDITED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT - ME THINKING THAT VIRGIN ARE ON THE BALL - ITS NOW THE 5TH OF THE MONTH - I AM SPENDING A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR PER DESPERATE CALL - ONLY TO BE TOLD THIS AFTERNOON BY A GENTLEMAN WHO SEEMS TO BE SORT OF HELPFUL THAT "I WAS NOT READY FOR AN UPGRADE HENCE THE HUGE PAYMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID' - I WENT INTO CANAL WALK SHOP - I ENQUIRED AS TO WHEN I AM DUE FOR AN UPGRADE - THE GENTLEMAN CHECKED THE SYSTEM AND SAID 'IN FACT YOU ARE OVERDUE FOR AN UPGRADE - YOU ARE WELCOME TO UPGRADE WITHOUT ANY COST RIGHT NOW' - WELL I SAID GREAT - AND GOT AN UPGRADE - I THEN ASKED ABOUT MY SONS PHONE AND WAS TOLD - NO THAT PHONE WILL BE READY FOR AN UPGRADE IN SEPTEMBER 2013 - GREAT - SO ON WE GO! NOW I GET TOLD THAT MY UPGRADE WAS EARLY AND I NEED TO PAY NEARLY R3000!!! ARE YOU ALL TOTALLY MAD - YOU CAN HAVE YOUR PHONE BACK - I WOULD NEVER EVER PAY MONEY FOR AN UPGRADE AND CERTAINLY CAN NOT AFFORD TO! UNACCEPTABLE
