Spoke to a consultant on Thursday 28 Feb 2013 who informed me I need to call the Vodacom cancellations department to cancel a contract and that I needed to do it that day, as it would serve as my 30day notice period. I then called the same day, and could not get through, was on hold for 30 minutes. I tried Friday. 01 March again at 16:30PM, again could not get through. Saturday morning 02 March called at 11:30am, but to no luck. Yesterday, 04 March i spent 20mins on hold during my lunch break and eventually got through. therefore losing out and will have to be charged again at the end of month for a contract i dont want anymore. very unfair!!!
