Poor Service and Lack of Assistance

I walked into the Nashua Store to have my phone booked in for a repair. I was approached at the door by a Trainee guy. Both Trainee guys were standing at the door and basically manning the store. They were both clueless and there was no senior to assist them. The one lady swore one of them and stormed out due to them not knowing how to assist her. The 2 consultants that were available went to the back of the office and told the assistant to tell me to come back the next day as they could not help me with my request to have the phone booked in for a repair. They told him that the guy that deals with the repair bookings was not in. I refused to leave and told the trainee to tell them that. They refused to come out to assist. After a while someone came out and assisted me. Why did they not want to help me in the first place when it was clear that they could assist. They are lazy buggers that do not appreciate a job. I cannot blame the trainee's but surely there should be senior assisting them. Why did they say I needed to come back the next day and that no one else could assist when they clearly could? This is pathetic service.
