Extra Billing for unwanted service

Its been nearly two years now. Each month I have to contact Cellc to reverse the extra R57 they charge me for recurring BIS, Each month I get told that I have activated it, each month they eventually after a long and tedious process of speaking to ignorant call center staff they see that i in fact did NOT activate this recurring service. when BIS is activated it deducts the money from my airtime, when CELLC activates BIS they deduct money from my bank account. this seems like to me, 2 years worth of. I expect my account to be recreated on Cellc's side as trying to repair this seems like an impossible task.

In the Customer Support field in South Africa it is customary to contact a user thrice before not once before informing everyone that you are unable to assist. Nancy Nefale did just that.

I am Disappointed by this as I had previously been contacted from the CEO's office by Sipho who assured me this is resolved. unfortunately i now call him a. Could someone from Cellc contact me to discuss a way forward with this, If need be I would change my contract altogether, something without a blackberry, as setting up a single user correctly is too much of a task.
