Vodacom Rip off have BIS yet charged R300

I was shocked when I tried to call my wife this morning and got the message your account needs to be recharged. I have a Blackberry cell phone with Bis and have only used the phone for accessing email, facebook and whatap. I fail to see how I could have been charged R300? (also what data have I apparently used) What smore I have an uncapped internet account at home so I would not use my Vodacom account to download large amounts of Data. I have a feeling they have messed up and are charging me for their mistake
