I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID!!! I HAVE BEEN WITH 8TA FOR A YEAR AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY UNTIL I LOST MY PHONE AND NEEDED A SIM SWAP, WHAT A NIGHTMARE. SUCH INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE BY THE CALL CENTRE STAFF WHO KEPT GIVING ME DIFFERENT REASONS FOR MY INACTIVE NUMBER AND RUBBISH SERVICE AT THE BRANCH. IVE BEEN WAITING NOW FOR 72HRS AND NOTHING. MY ENTIRE LIFE REVOLVES AROUND THAT NUMBER. I HAVE LOST 3 CLIENTS AND HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO DO MY INTERNET OR CELLPHONE BANKING. I AM VERY VERY UPSET AND IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN 8TA BECAUSE I REALLY D? D BELIEVE THAT IT IS A REWARDING NETWORK BUT AFTER THIS I DOUBT IT VERY MUCH, THE SIM SWAP PROCESS IS AS SIMPLE AS A PHONE CALL FOR OTHER NETWORKS I HAVE NO IDEA WHY 8TA HAS TURNED IT INTO ROCKET SCIENCE!!!
