I have never seen such a sub standard service... have been trying to do a Sim Swap for the past 3 days and still my number is not active after calling the call centre more than 5 times and being promised that they will return my call. I faxed the affidavit, as per their request, as to what happened to my sim card but still no joy at all. Its as if they are begging me to move to an alternative network. My business dealings are standing still because I can not receive calls... If it was not for the fact I have had this number for a number of years, I would have dropped this a long time ago.

This is pathetic service... How hard can it be to do a sim swap? I have been promised 3 timess that the Team Leader would call me. To top it all, you call the call centre - if you do not hold for ever before someone assists you, the automated machine tells you that the lines are busy after holding for 3 or so minutes and then drops your call.
