NO HELP!!

I renewed my contract with MTN during June 2012. As such I received a Blackberry Bold 9900. During August 2012 the phone broke and I took it in to MTN Westgate for repairs. At the beginning of September (and after I called MTN to enquire about my phone) I was informed that a new Blackberry Bold 9900 would be given to me as the previous one could not be repaired. On Sunday, my phone broke once again and as such I took it in to MTN Clearwater to see what could be done about the situation. The man assisting me at MTN Clearwater was, to say the least, very unhelpful. In any event, I sent the phone in for repairs. I asked the man at MTN if there was any way that I could change my contract or do something so that I could get a different cellphone because it is becoming increasingly apparent that this will occur again. I called the technical department and they have been just as unhelpful merely teling me that there is nothing which they can do. What concerns me is that my warranty will expire in June 2013 and as such any further repairs/replacement will have to be covered by me. It is unacceptable that I must pay every month but they cannot help me- the service is absolutely PATHETIC!
