Vodacom
Able to upgrade for only one day

I went to the iStore in Centurion on saterday 12 January to ask if it is possible to pay an x-amount to move my upgrade date up from march. They checked my number and told me Vodacom's system said I can do a premature upgrade I was shocked but the sales representative showed me and that is what the system showed. I was exited and phoned my parents immediately, they drove to centurion the next day from the eastrand just to hear that the system is not allowing the upgrade anymore, the iStore sales person was so imbarresed, she did nit know what to do!
I am very disappointed, things like this should not happen!
