I completed a pre-order online with Vodacom on Monday morning and was notified later on Monday that the pre-order could not be processed as I did not qualify for an upgrade on my contract.
I then contacted the upgrade call centre on Monday and a premature upgrade was approved as I qualified for an upgrade on 1 December only - which was GREAT!

However, because the Vodacom Online system and the Upgrade system are not linked - the approval cannot be seen by the Online team and therefore the pre-order cannot be processed. So because two Vodacom systems are not interfacing, as a customer of 13 years, my order cannot be processed.

I have tried since Monday afternoon to speak to a supervisor/manager at Online services to resolve the above and it is three days later and I have not had any feedback on the matter!

I would appreciate it if somebody within Vodacom can contact me and provide me with feedback since I have spoken to 8 Vodacom consultants and 1 supervisor and no acceptable feedback has been given to date.
