No signal- No 3G -What are u paying for??

For a number of months we have experienced little or no signal for calls or 3G Internet usage at both our home busines office or our business premises.

Complaints at vodacom shops led to no response. Eventually we got Autopage involved and even their input to Vodacom went unattended. I followed up repeatidly and likewise so did autopage until at long last we got 2 technicians at both our premises to test signal at both locations. I was confirmed that both areas had major issues and that Vodacom would revert. They did with telling me that they would be upgrading the services in these areas but none of those responding could tell me when. This process continued with numerous other people calling me as I got pushed up the ladder of Vodacom's endless tiers of hieracrchy until I eventually lost it and demanded to be told when I could expect the upgrade of service. I was that only the CEO or MD could tell me?? My response was that this person should contact me and until they did I would not pay my full account on the basis of not receiving the service advertised and being charged for.

I have read a number of similar complaints on this issue and await the CEO's phone call.
