I have been trying to resolve an issue on my account for two weeks now ref S3-SH62K-KEC72 where I have been charged twice for my handset since june last year. Everytime i chat to a consultant i get told that they will look into it and get back to me and then i hear nothing back. This service is actually very disgusting on the part of vodacom as this is an error on your side. Vodacom to date owes me around R2300 which I do not want credited on my account but a refund into my bank account. This was reported in the middle of the month and when my account was debited this month again it was over charged. I am slowly but surely starting to loose my sense of humour with this matter and what it resolved asap.
