Cyber not so smart

I have been trying to move my hosting from Cybersmart for over 6 months. They happily take my money every month, but it is a nightmare getting anyone to help you, phone you back, or even just answer an email. Everytime they say they will phone back within 24 hours, but nothing happens.

If ever you are in need of anything related to IT or websites please steer well clear of Cybersmart!!!
