Cybersmart
Hosting Nightmare

I moved my Hosting from Cybersmart due to issues with my online store, only to find out that the other host did not provide Mysql on their entry level packages so I had to move back to Cybersmart.

Cybersmart then created TWO cpanel user name and passwords for my account and stopping short of drawing actual pictures they are unable to understand the issue!

User Name 1 is what I am supposed to use accroding to Malon Chetty.
User Name 2 is what Rehan Kerjieker says I must use.

If I upload via FTP, my website goes to User 1's account but does not upload to the web.

Its now 4 days and I am not able to get my website 100% up and running, I am loosing money with Cybersmart.
