I took out a Cell C data contract with Nashua Mobile in January 2013. Since last week I have been trying to get assistance in changing the service provider as I am unable to connect using Cell C. Their network is slow and never allows you to do anything online. I called the call centre and they said I need to speak to Prudence as she opened my account. I told her of the problem and that I refuse to pay for something I cannot use. She promised to get back to me. I emailed her everyday and she kept promising that she will have feedback for me by COB each day. Last week Thursday I again emailed her and got an out of office that she is on leave until 11/03. I called the call centres number again and was given Lebo's number to call. He is the team leader. I have been trying since then to call him but his phone just rings. Why must I pay for a device and data that I cannot use? For 3 months I have barely been able to use the iPad because i cannot connect to the internet. Cell C cant help me because my contact is with Nashua Mobile. I beleive that this is a breach of contract and I am in my full right to cancel. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!
