Consultant advise me to upgrade to a Sumsung Galaxy S iii LTE, although LTE is not compatable with top up. I only found out the following day that I can just as well not use the phone at all, as top up does not support the new device. How do you advise a client on taking something that will not work. After going there and taking the matter up with him, he had a bad attitude didn't apologise, and told me I insisted on the phone.
