I put a call limit on my data account, cell c charged me above the call limit, when queried it the call centre agent acknowledged fault after listening to the recordings of my initial request, a case was raised to request a refund, nothing happened and diversionary tactics including being kept on hold for 20 plus minutes hoping I'd go away, plus my all time favorite, sir you are through to the kzn call centre and we do not know the person/supervisor you dealt with, all I ask for is assistance, my next step is taking this up with the consumer council as a point of principle, if you thinking of moving to cell c and want some sort of assistance don't do it, the reason their calls and data is cheap is because they have no investment in customer service.
